Sky made announcements this morning about three upcoming series, and it’s a given that one will screen in the US. But there’s more besides Sky dramas coming up.

The new year hasn’t even arrived yet, and there’s already a lot of fabulous British TV to look forward to on this side of the pond, courtesy of PBS.

The Ink Factory, BBC, and AMC — the companies behind the award-winning series The Night Manager — are bringing another John le Carré novel to the small screen: The Little Drummer Girl.

With just over two months to go before we ring in the new year, here’s a look at 20 brand-new shows from the UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand to look forward to.

Thirty five titles are on the to-watch list this month, including 15 national premieres, two local debuts, and 18 more shows airing or streaming for your (binge-watching) delight.

The production company behind hit Aussie dramas Janet King, Underbelly, and ANZAC Girls begins production in 2018 on Pine Gap, which will screen on Netflix and Australia’s ABC.

Fans of Welsh dramas on both sides of the pond have a new show from Wales to look forward to watching next year: the thriller serial Keeping Faith, starring Eve Myles.

September means the new fall TV season, and this month brings 16 new programs from Great Britain, Australia, and Canada to stateside cable channels and SVOD services.

The dogs days of summer are definitely here, so chillax in the AC with the US premieres of hit British mysteries, dramas, comedies, and documentaries in August.

A brand new, multi-strand crime thriller is set to premiere on this side of the pond: In the Dark, starring MyAnna Buring as a copper haunted by her past and fearing for her future.
