This true-crime documentary centers on a man who, while posing as a wealthy, jet-setting diamond mogul, wooed women online and then conned them out of millions of dollars. In this crime thriller, five ordinary Brits, accused of kidnapping the son of a prominent US media mogul, embark on a desperate race against time to prove their innocence. Agatha Raisin: Season 4 (UK)
Following the Christmas special, the new season of this fan-favorite mystery series sees Agatha Raisin (Ashley Jensen, Catastrophe) and her happy band of misfits cracking more cases, including a jam competition that spirals out of control and a seaside murder with links to a long-forgotten jewelry heist. When her AWOL, on-and-off partner, James, finally returns, he has interesting news of his own. Dr. Barry (CA)
This 6-episode observational docuseries centers on Dr. Barry MacEachern (pictured), a bighearted veterinarian who leaves his job at a corporate vet office to start his own practice. The show follows him and his team as he struggles to build the practice in northeastern Canada, while using all the resources and friends he can find to help injured and orphaned animals of all kinds. Dr. Barry premieres in the US on Tuesday, February 8, on the PBS Living channel.
Sister Boniface Mysteries (UK)
Set in the 1960s, this new Father Brown spinoff follows Sister Boniface (Lorna Watson, Shakespeare & Hathaway), a Vespa-driving, crime-solving Catholic nun who helps the detectives of the Great Slaughter Constabulary unravel murder mysteries in and around the Warwickshire countryside. The Girl Before (UK)
Based on JP Delaney‘s global best-selling novel of the same name, this thriller stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Belle) as Jane, a single woman who moves into an ultra-minimalist house designed by architect Edward (David Oyelowo, Selma), despite having to abide by his long list of rules. When she discovers that her predecessor died in the house, Jane wonders if her fate will be the same as the girl before… The Girl Before, an HBO Max Original, premieres in the US on Thursday, February 10, exclusively on HBO Max.
Murder, They Hope (UK)
Sian Gibson (Car Share) and Johnny Vegas (Still Open All Hours) return as Gemma and Terry in this follow-up series to the comedy-mystery movies Murder on the Blackpool Express, Death on the Tyne, and Dial M for Middlesbrough. Here they decide to quit the coach tour game, and try (and fail) to become private investigators. Murder, They Hope premieres in North America on Friday, February 11, exclusively on BritBox.
Attenborough’s Global Adventure (UK)
This three-part docuseries special highlights some of the most astonishing locations and fascinating creatures that Sir David Attenborough encountered during his 7-year journey across the globe — from undiscovered species in the depths of the Great Barrier Reef, to the highest trees in the ancient rain forest of Borneo. Attenborough’s Global Adventure, a BBC America Original, premieres in the US on Saturday, February 12, on BBC America and AMC+.
State of the Union: Season 2 (UK)
In Season 2 of this Emmy®-winning short-form comedy-drama, which explores relationships and the human experience, Brendan Gleeson (In Bruges) and Patricia Clarkson (Sharp Objects) star as Scott and Ellen, a couple who argue about everything at a coffee shop during the 10 minutes before their weekly marriage counseling session. Young Wallander: Killer’s Shadow (Season 2) (UK-SE)
The new season of this Wallander origin story sees Kurt Wallnder (Adam Pålsson, Before We Die) investigating a hit-and-run after rejoining the Major Crimes Unit — a crime that seems connected to one of Rask’s (Leanne Best, Close to Me) first cases in Malmö. LOL: Last One Laughing Canada (CA)
With local versions from Australia, Brazil and France, to India, Iran, and Japan, already cracking folks up, this comedy series head to the Great White North for a good cause. Hosted by Jay Baruchel (The Moodys), it features 10 of Canada’s funniest comedians trying to make each other laugh for a shot at the $100,000 prize for charity. But if they laugh themselves, they’re out. LOL: Last One Laughing Canada, an Amazon Original, premieres globally on Friday, February 18, exclusively on Prime Video.
COBRA: Season 2 (UK)
In Season 2 of this political thriller, cyber attacks bring down parts of the nation’s critical infrastructure in cities across the country. While searching for those responsible, PM Robert Sutherland (Robert Carlyle, The Full Monty) and his government must deal with anarchy and panic in the streets. COBRA: Season 2 premieres in the US on Sunday, February 20, on the PBS Masterpiece Prime Video Channel.
Conviction: The Case of Stephen Lawrence (UK)
Steve Coogan (Philomena) leads the cast of this true-crime drama, playing DCI Clive Driscoll, who took on the case of the racially-motivated murder of Stephen Lawrence, an 18-year-old Black student, in London. It tells the story of Stephen’s parents’ struggle to get justice, and how Driscoll, working closely with them, put together an investigation that, more than 18 years after Stephen’s death, secures the convictions of his murderers. Creation Stories (UK-US)
Adapted from Alan McGee’s autobiography by Crime writers Dean Cavanagh and Irvine Welsh, this biopic is about McGee, creator and founder of Creation Records, the label of Oasis and Primal Scream, responsible for supplying the “Brit Pop” soundtrack of the ’90s. Starring Ewen Bremner (Trainspotting), the film charts the true story of McGee’s rise and fall through a drug-fueled haze of music and mayhem. Creation Stories premieres in the US on Friday, February 25, exclusively on AMC+.
Vikings: Valhalla (US-IE-CA)

Murdoch Mysteries: Season 15 (CA)
Based on the novels by Maureen Jennings, this fan-favorite period mystery drama returns with its longest season yet — 24 episodes! The opener sees Detective Murdoch (Yannick Bisson) going to Montreal to find and protect his son from a criminal gang, while his wife, Dr. Julia Ogden (Hélène Joy), goes undercover at a women’s reformatory to assist him with a challenging case. In the final season of this global hit drama, former MI6 agent Eve (Sandra Oh) is on a revenge mission; assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer) tries to prove she’s not a “monster”; and MI6-er Carolyn (Fiona Shaw) continues to chase down The Twelve and the person who ordered the hit on her son. Cat Hospital: Season 2 (IE)
This docuseries returns with six new episodes that reveal the drama, tension, and heartwarming moments at Ireland’s first purpose-built veterinary clinic for cats, where veterinary specialist Clare Meade and her dedicated team tend to the creatures in their care. Cat Hospital: Season 2 premieres in the US and Canada on Monday, February 28, on Acorn TV.

Alison Steadman (Pride and Prejudice) stars in this comedy-drama as Pauline Paradise, a now-former crossing guard who walks out on her marriage on the same say she retires from her job. As the six-episode series progresses, it explores the aftermath of her decision, as well as the effects it has on her three adult children.
