Premium linear channel and streaming service MGM+ has set the premiere date for the new series Robin Hood. Check out the just-released official trailer.

Bringing a modern energy to the classic tale of the roguish outlaw hero who stole from the rich and gave to the poor, the new adventure series, Robin Hood, reimagines the iconic narrative. Here, there is a heightened focus on the relationship between “Rob” and Marian, playing up their forbidden romance and partnership against the powers that be.
The story follows the tumultuous journey of Rob, a Saxon forester’s son, as he grapples with his inner demons while battling against the Norman elite. Then he meets Marian, the daughter of a Norman lord, and the two fall in love. As Rob rises as the leader of a band of rebel outlaws and Marian infiltrates the power at court, they work together to thwart royal corruption and bring peace to the land.
Starring as Robin Hood is Jack Patten (NCIS: Sydney, War Machine), with Lauren McQueen (Outlander: Blood of My Blood, Ridley) as Marian, Sean Bean (Snowpiercer, Time) as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Lydia Peckham (Nuremberg, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes) as Priscilla of Nottingham, Steve Waddington (The Long Shadow, Jamestown) as the Earl of Huntingdon, Connie Nielsen (Gladiator II, Wonder Woman) as Eleanor of Acquitaine, Marcus Fraser (Foundation, The Outlaws) as Little John, Angus Castle-Doughty (A Thousand Blows, Hollyoaks) as Friar Tuck, Erica Ford (House of the Dragon, The Nevers), Richard Lintern (Silent Witness, Dalgliesh), Ian Pirie (Protection, Miss Scarlet) as Uncle Gamewell, and Henry Rowley.
Robin Hood, am MGM+ Original Series, premieres in the US, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Latin America on Sunday, November 2, exclusively on MGM+.
