Paramount+ announced today the premiere date for Season 2 of its hit crime drama series, MobLand.

Now that the will-he-or-won’t-he-return-for-Season-3 question about Tom Hardy has been settled, let us get to the business of Season 2, which stars Hardy (The Revenant, Peaky Blinders) as Harry da Souza, the loyal, street-smart, and formidable fixer of the Harrigan family. Heading up the criminal clan is the unscrupulous husband-and-wife team of Conrad and Maeve Harrigan, played by Pierce Brosnan (“James Bond” films, The Thomas Crown Affair) and Helen Mirren (The Queen, Prime Suspect).
In the ten-episode second season, the Harrigans struggle to show a unified front as rising rivals threaten their fractured criminal empire, forcing Harry to walk a dangerous tightrope when tensions within the family intensify. As violence spills into every corner of their lives, loyalties snap, safety proves temporary, and the battle for power leaves no room for mercy.
MobLand: Season 2, a Paramount+ Original series, premieres globally on Friday, September 18, exclusively on on Paramount+ and, where available, its digital channels, including Paramount+ on Prime Video.
The series costars Paddy Considine (House of the Dragon), Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey), Lara Pulver (Maternal), Anson Boon (Pistol), Mandeep Dhillon (After Life), Jasmine Jobson (Top Boy), Teddie Allen (Wisting), Emmett J. Scanlan (Kin), Johnny Flynn (Ripley), Ophelia Lovibond (Minx), Janet McTeer (Kaos), and Toby Jones (Mr. Bates vs. the Post Office).
