Humorous whodunit series Agatha Raisin returns with a Christmas special next month and the premiere of Season 4 next year.
In roughly a month from today, Ashley Jensen (Catastrophe, After Life) will be back on our screens as retired PR guru-turned-private investigator Agatha Raisin in “Kissing Christmas Goodbye.” This holiday special precedes the official fourth season premiere of Agatha Raisin, the hit series based on the popular whodunit novels by the late M. C. Beaton, in early 2022.
In the holiday episode, Agatha is hired to protect a woman from her ghosts of Christmas past. But when she’s found dead, Agatha has a murder investigation on her hands, with everyone in the village a would-be suspect — including the woman’s children.
The special costars Mathew Horne (Gavin and Stacey) and guest stars Phil Daniels (EastEnders).
Agatha Raisin: Kissing Christmas Goodbye, an Acorn TV Original, premieres in the US and Canada on Monday, December 20, exclusively on Acorn TV. Season 4 will return in the new year with three new, original stories, the first of which will premiere in March 2022.
