Hulu announced today the SVOD streaming date for All of Us Strangers, the critically-acclaimed film starring Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal.
Based on the novel Strangers by Taichi Yamada, multi-award-winning fantasy drama film All of Us Strangers stars Primetime Emmy® nominee Andrew Scott (Ripley, Fleabag, Sherlock) as Adam, a lonely television screenwriter who lives a secluded life in a near-empty tower block in London, where he has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbor, Harry, played by Oscar® nominee Paul Mescal (Normal People, Aftersun).
As a relationship develops between them, Adam becomes preoccupied with memories of the past. He finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up, and to the childhood home where his mum (Emmy® winner Claire Foy, The Crown, Wolf Hall) and dad (BAFTA winner Jamie Bell, Billy Elliot, Shining Girls) appear to be living — just as they were on the day they died 30 years ago, when Adam was 12 years old…
Written and directed by Andrew Haigh, who picked up three 2023 British Independent Film Awards (Best British Independent Film, Best Screenplay, Best Director) for the film, All of Us Strangers begins streaming in the US via SVOD on Thursday, February 22, on Hulu.
