Acorn TV has set the US and Canada premiere date for the return of the third season of The Madame Blanc Mysteries.
Having kicked off Season 3 with The Madame Blanc Mysteries holiday special back in December, Acorn TV is set to bring the regular season episodes to folks on this side of the pond. The series, an Acorn TV Original, returns with two episodes on Monday, February 19, 2024, exclusively on Acorn TV.
In the first, Chief of Police Caron (Alex Gaumond, Death in Paradise) enlists the help of antiques dealer and amateur sleuth Jean White (Sally Lindsay, Mount Pleasant, Cold Call) when a marine biologist dies after finding a rare gold coin. Who would kill him? And is there more treasure to find under the sea?
The next episode sees Sainte Victoire local Gloria (Sue Vincent, The Full Monty) find a man with a fencing foil stuck in his chest. This prompts Jean to investigate, and she soon discovers that this isn’t just any murder; it’s about honor.
And in Episode 4, which premieres February 26, an innocent lady is shot holding a bag from Brodeur and White containing a rare book . Will the book’s origin lead Jean to find the woman’s killer?
The remaining new Season 3 episodes of The Madame Blanc Mysteries will debut on Mondays from March 4 through March 18.
