Filming is underway on the fourth series of the hit period drama, Mr. Selfridge, which will feature several new cast members.
Jeremy Piven (Entourage) will reprise his role as the colorful but troubled department store pioneer Harry Selfridge, and joining him once again is Katherine Kelly (Coronation Street), who will return to Mr. Selfridge as socialite Lady Mae Loxley.
Also returning are series regulars Tom Goodman-Hill (Humans), Ron Cook (Little Dorrit), Amanda Abbington (Sherlock), Amy Beth Hayes (The Syndicate), Trystan Gravelle (One Chance), Sacha Parkinson (The Driver), and Samuel West (Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell).
New cast members include Sacha Dhawan (Line of Duty), Lottie Tolhurst (Far from the Madding Crowd), Mimi Ndiweni (Cinderella), Emma Hamilton (The Tudors), and Zoe Richards (How To Become A Criminal Mastermind). Hamilton and Richards will play the infamous Dolly Sisters, the sensational ground-breaking performers with whom Harry became besotted and who contributed to his fall from grace.
Series 4 of Mr. Selfridge will include ten new episodes that focus on the dramatic fall of Harry Selfridge, as he loses hold on the empire and social status that he worked so hard to create.
Stay tuned for updates about when the new series will premiere on ITV and PBS Masterpiece.
