David Suchet’s days as Hercule Poirot may be over, but fans can’t seem to get enough of the Belgian detective. So it’s great news that public TV stations in the US will debut the final three episodes of Agatha Christie’s Poirot on broadcast TV next month.

Five of the Brit TV highlights of the summer were the US premieres of the final episodes of the long-running Agatha Christie’s Poirot series, of which the first two screened on PBS Masterpiece Mystery and the last three on Acorn TV.

Well, the autumn Brit TV schedule is looking pretty merveilleux, too, as Acorn TV’s Poirot titles — “Elephants Can Remember,” “The Labours of Hercules,” and “Curtain: Poirot’s Last Case” — are making their way to public TV stations in just a few weeks.

Agatha Christie's Poirot Series 13 DVDMost, if not all, of the stations will also re-air the PBS episodes, “The Big Four” and “Dead Man’s Folly.”

Lastly, the stations will broadcast (or re-broadcast) the behind-the-scenes special, Being Poirot. Hosted by multiple award-winner Stanley Tucci, Being Poirot is David Suchet’s tribute to Hercule Poirot, the iconic character he played in 70 films over 25 years.

The following public TV stations are confirmed for airing the final three episodes of Agatha Christie’s Poirot starting 1 November 2014. Check your local listings or contact the station serving your area for air dates and times. Ditto for the Being Poirot special and the two PBS Poirot episodes, which some stations will begin re-airing this month.
