Prime Video has announced the global premiere date for James May: Our Man in India, the third installment of the popular travelogue series. Check out the trailer.
Fans of James May (of which I am one), rejoice! The third season of his “Our Man in…” series — James May: Our Man in India — will be on our screens soon!
Following on from his travels in Our Man in Japan and Our Man in Italy, James May, with his signature dry humor intact, sets off on his greatest adventure yet: an epic 3,000 mile, coast-to-coast journey across India, the most populous, and perhaps most extraordinary, country in the world.
Starting by the Arabian Sea and finishing at the Bay of Bengal, his tour of the country will encompass incredible landscapes — from the baking deserts of Rajasthan, to the dramatic Himalayan foothills — and explore environments as diverse as the mangrove forests of the Sundarbans, through to the global megacities of Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
James May: Our Man in India, an Amazon Original series, premieres globally in its three-episode entirety on Friday, January 5, 2024, exclusively on Prime Video.
Produced by Plum Pictures, the series reunites the team behind the previous “Our Man in…” programs, including BAFTA-nominated series director Tom Whitter (James May’s Toy Stories, Cars of the People) and executive producer Will Daws (James May’s Toy Stories, George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces).
